Integrated Analysis of Forested Watersheds

An upper division undergraduate course providing an international experience offered jointly by: 

(Supported by the USDA Higher Education Challenge Program)

This upper division, undergraduate course will further your knowledge and professional experience in forest landscape and water resources analysis by comparing US and European approaches. The focus is on performing an integrated analysis of structural and functional aspects of forested watersheds located in different climatic zones in Europe (hydrology, soils, silviculture, policy, wildlife). This course is offered from June 19-July 23, 2005 at the Czech University of Agriculture  (6 credits).
